Where do I drop off my rent check?
You can drop or mail off your rent check at the Sea View Inn (3400 Highland Avenue Manhattan Beach CA 90266) by the due date each month. Make sure to include your rental address in the memo line.
Who do I make my check payable to?
Please make all checks payable to Keasler Properties to ensure proper processing.
What happens if my payment is late?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A 10% late fee will be applied to any unpaid balance beginning on the 6th day of the month. If the rent and late fee are not paid by the end of the month, the late fee will be added to the following month's rent balance.
