Payment Instructions
Pay by Check
To ensure timely processing, please make all checks payable to Keasler Properties and include your rental address in the memo line. Checks must be delivered or mailed to The Sea View Inn (3400 Highland Avenue Manhattan Beach CA 90266) by the due date each month to avoid a 5% late fee.
Late Fee
A 10% late fee will be applied if rent is not received by the 5th of the month, as outlined in your rental agreement. To avoid this fee, please ensure your payment is submitted on time each month. If a late fee is incurred, the 10% charge will be added to the following month's rent if not paid by the end of the current month.

What happens if my payment is late?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A 10% late fee will be applied to any unpaid balance beginning on the 6th day of the month. If the rent and late fee are not paid by the end of the month, the late fee will be added to the following month's rent balance.
